The santnerpass hut is the perfect starting point for a number of climbing routes.
Five climbing routes, varying in its degrees of difficulty, start right next to the hut. In addition, the Rosengartenspitze offers several routes in three directions. A very beautiful and worthwhile ascent is the Via Normale route, ideal for beginners as well as passionate mountaineers. Climbing enthusiasts will also find the Düfler and the Piaz Delage Führe on the west wall. Both guides are much more demanding and are in the V difficulty range. Furthermore, within a radius of 10 minutes walk you will find access to the well-known climbing routes in the area of the Vajolet Towers. All climbing routes guarantee a magnificent view of the three thousand metre peaks of the Alps and an outstanding view over the Rosengarten mountain chain in the South Tyrolean Dolomites.
